I’m finally seeing some progress!
Eating right and weight training is where it’s at.

Just an update… not much of a change.
I haven’t been strict enough with my diet :(

Looks like some muscles are trying to come through… haha.

Met my first GW. I’ve been working out hard and completely changed my eating habits for a couple weeks now. Definitely losing weight in my legs, and my arms are looking a bit stronger.
This is me in the summer of 2010. I consider this my starting point.
